Seller reviewEdna fought hard to sell my property and communicated well throughout the process. She was super professional and incredibly likable. We got the going rate for the market, and my out-of-pocket costs were minimal. The property took approximately 5 months to sell, but 2 other deals fell through along the way - with no fault to Edna's efforts. She was a tiger. We did finally sell, but the loan type and Cherokee Nation Funds took a bit longer than some loans to close. We understood this going into it. My goal was to sell the home in 6 - 9 months, based on my understanding of the market, and we exceeded that timeline.
