Living in Richmond Virginia and selling my parents home in Tioga County, to say the least, I had some anxiety. Through a long time family friend Edna was recommended due to her real estate knowledge through out the county. We had a great interview during the second week of April, whereby Edna layout a detailed plan on how she would market the house to sell. As a result of her work ethic and knowledge of the market the house received a solid offer in less than a week. I have dealt with many real estate brokers over the past 35 years. She was very professional in every aspect from marketing the house to closing which occurred on June 26th .
