Buyer reviewi feel we had a difficult closing due too the seller not disclosing all the proper information needed. It took some time to get the final closing but Edna was on top of things daily. I don't know if i would have received the amount of care and concern that Edna gave to us from anyone one else. it was a very emotional ride for us during the process but Edna Pauly was always there to comfort us and keep us up to date on all my needs of every detail. i do have to say that i believe customer service is everything and Edna showed that to us. You should be very proud to have someone like Edna Pauly on your team.

Seller reviewGreat job well priced whic brought a large amount of bids in a very short time which allowed us to pick and choose . I had thought the price was set low until she told me why she did that and it worked very well. We had 13 bids in 2 or 3 days. It was great.

Buyer reviewWell, what can I say about Edna...she sold my flood house last year in 23 days and I enjoyed every step of that process with her. I can sometimes be high strung and Edna was amazing at talking me down sometimes. Her calm demeanor was a perfect balance for my crazy "What if this happens?" mentality. The fact that I made a friend along the way is just icing on the cake. Give her a raise. She was accessible always...my wife would yell at me when I would text Edna on a Sunday night and say, "Leave poor Edna alone." But Edna never seemed to mind, or at least I never felt like that. Top notch. You have an amazing realtor. Dealing with people is the hardest job, and she does it seamlessly. Sales classes and seminars can't teach this stuff. It is innate. And Edna has it.

Seller reviewEdna was great through the purchase of my house 4 years prior, sale of the same house for a profit and purchase of a new house. Throughout the purchases and sale difficult moments were had due to a difficult buyer and purchasing a foreclosed house. Edna no matter time of day was available to help navigate the roadblocks and my frustration. Thanks to her hard work we now have a bigger new home and at a good price.

I am already recommending her to others We had our house for sale with another company for a year. We switched to Edna and she was honest and forthcoming with us. She told us what we needed to do to sell. We listed on a Thursday and she sold the house in under a week!!
