I was born in Shelby, NC and my wife of 22 years Dani, daughter Landri and I have lived in the Jacksonville area for the last 17 years. I grew up traveling all over the world as the child of an active duty military member. The military lifestyle never left my blood and after high school I decide to join the United States Navy. I spent 26 years serving on active duty and with those experiences combined with the experiences I had as a child I truly understand the dynamics that are involved in relocating a family. I've always had really helpful realtors and truly appreciate the way a good realtor can help alleviate the stress of buying or selling a home. I decided that I wanted to provide that same level of help to families and pursued a career in Real Estate. My goal is to help you and your family have the best experience possible whether renting a temporary home, buying your dream home or selling your current residence.

He worked with our family on not one, but two closings and ensured we were on schedule for our closing. Having an agent that was willing to work around today's issues with home showings allowed us to see properties and negotiate with sellers in an expeditious matter while ensuring we were meeting our needs. Seller reviewDealing with Ed Hoke was a pleasure while selling my house in Jacksonville, NC. He was very informative and had plenty of patience in answering all of my questions. The one thing that I believe separates him from other realtors is knowing I lived over an hour away from the property being sold he took care of mowing the yard for me personally. That was a HUGE help to me. If you are looking to sell your home you can not go wrong with Ed Hoke.
