Buyer reviewWorking with Edward Seifert at Century 21 exceeded any of my expectations. As a first time homebuyer, I was not familiar with the terminology or the best process people to involve. Right away Ted was incredibly friendly and took time to sit down with my wife and I to determine what would be a good fit for us. He answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. He even recommended a lending agent in the area, which we ended up using and greatly appreciated. Buying a home in this market is challenging, but working with Ted made it as painless and straightforward as possible. I highly recommend him. He is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with his time.

Ted was present at an inspection that we had done when I would not have expected him to drop what he was doing to support us during that time. Ted knows Dixon like the back of his hand and it shows.
