Great attention to details, put forth the effort to ensure that the house was in the condition to sell, kept in contact, and was up front about market and listened to the seller, and sellers concerns. Since we were out of town, 3 hours away she took care of what needed to be done to ensure that open houses were done, online ads were done, sign in front and information sheets were filled. Even to the extent to have lawn mowed on her dime to keep site clean and sell able. In the current market did everything possible to get agents to show house. Eevoy Saesee has always gotten results for myself and other family members. She is always on top of the listing, returns text and call right away and between the seller and her comes up with where the market is and going. She is not like other agents I have used in the past, She tries to sell the house, not just put the lowest price on the the house for a quick sale, but uses the assets, and upgrades of the house to make it stand out and pull in the Dollars needed to make both the Seller and Buyer happy.
