We were pleased at how you worked to protect our deposit when there were delays in the deal and how you drew our attention to potential show stoppers in some of the properties we had entertained buying. You truly had our best interests in mind. Also you did a great job completing our deal from a distance since we were not personally present for all of the dealings.
