Eileen went above and beyond with dealing with the hurricane damage, keeping us informed on all that was happening until lit was sold. Paperwork over the internet was great. Loved her! Eileen was great in all aspects, especially when the hurricane damaged our home. She was a godsend for all she took care of, above and beyond what was expected of her. Great Lady! Our main residence is in Michigan. Most everything was done by internet. Eileen made everything easy to take care of. She took care of the damage from hurricane Ian. She contacted her people and took care of everything.

Because I was going to be losing money regardless, Eileen staged the house with her own items as well as mine and made it work for pics, etc. Every time I needed something done, she had the right person to get the job done at as low a price as possible. She handled all the items of concern on the inspection report getting estimates for them and securing the contractor. She went way beyond I have ever experienced in an agent. And I have flipped houses and purchased and sold multiple units in my life. I can't say enough wonderful comments about Eileen and her team. She went beyond the call of duty! Thank you, Eileen. If I buy/sell any more real estate in Polk County, she will be the only agent I contact. Toni was very quick to get requests to/from me or the other parties into my hands or back to other party.
