Eileen Belanger did an excellent job selling my dad's home for me. She actually sold it twice because the first buyer backed out of the sale the week before the scheduled closing, which was not due to anything on Eileen's end. Both times Eileen was able to sell the home quickly. Throughout the process Eileen and her assistant Toni kept me apprised of every important detail on a timely basis. I hired Eileen because she was the most knowledgeable and helpful of the agents I interviewed. I had never sold a home prior and since I am located 1200 miles away, it was important for me to have someone nearby who had lots of successful selling experience in the community. Eileen was very helpful in advising me how to best prepare the home for sale. She recommended companies and individuals to handle minor repairs and carpet cleaning, and then arranged to be in the home while work was done. She also handled garbage pickup and cable equipment delivery. These may appear to be minor conveniences, but are important when you are not local. My dad had another home in the community. When we are ready to sell that home, I will definitely hire Eileen again.
