Once listed, she had my property under contract within 2 days of the open house. When the deal fell through she did not panic. She gracefully reached out to the other individuals and agents who had made offers for a best and final and once again had the house under contract within 2 days. I ended up selling the house for over $20,000.00 olmore than my asking price. She was knowledgeable, knew how to drive foot traffic in, and was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend her expertise and will be using her again.

She is kind, thoughtful, and so knowledgeable. She doesn't make you feel silly when you ask questions. We referred her to good friends of ours and she also helped them find a home they love. We got caught selling our home in the midst of the COVID-19 crisis. Eileen was nothing but patient, helpful, and understanding throughout the entire process.
