She is wonderful to work with! She is confident in her abilities and that made me very comfortable with any suggestions she had and knowing things were being done correctly and handled with care! I know she had other clients she was working with at the same time but she always made me feel like a priority and balanced her workload very well. She always came across as giving 100%! Eileen Van Kooten-Schmitt is very easy to talk to and does a wonderful job handling all aspects of the sale and also manages to keep you smiling along the way! I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a realtor!!

She has the passion, knowledge, energy, contacts with lenders, and a sincere desire to help us find the home we needed, on a very limited budget with room for 4 adults. Not a small task! Best realtor I have ever worked with. We will be contacting Eileen again when we are ready to "upgrade". He made herself available 24/7 practically, so I didn't have to worry about time off from a new job. She stayed in touch even when we hit a dry streak of home choices, and she kept the lender in the loopen as needed, which sped up the process, as I got more timely feedback all the way around.
