Seller reviewEileen was always available for a phone call and, if not, always called back shortly. The sale moved fast for us so being able to get our questions answered was very important.

But our decision to move forward with Eileen Van Kooten-Schmitt as our real estate agent was the very best decision we made in the entire process. Everything was completed on time, and Eileen gets all of the credit! She made herself available on short notice on multiple occasions, always took her time with us, gave us great advice, always followed through with what she said she would do, and always stayed on top of various details. Seller reviewEileen is dedicated to her clients and has great follow through with each step. Eileen was a BeautiControl director and I was a consultant under Eileen. She was always very detail oriented and personable so I felt she would also do a great follow through with reality too and we were correct. Our home sold the day after listing so we really didn't have much to do with anyone other than Eileen who directed us in staging our home and signing papers.
