I first met Eileeen Van Kooten almost 9 years ago when I decided to move from Omaha to the Des Moines area. My daughter had taght her kids at a local school and suggesred I contact her. I'm so glad I did. Eileen found me the perfect townhome in Ankeny. On the day we were supposed to close on my Omaha house and purchase Ankeny property, my buyers in Omaha had a problem with their loan, so I couldn't move in to my new home. My moving company was sitting in my new driveway and ready to unload. Eileen solved this problem by talking with selling agent who then allowed me to move into my mew home. Everything finally worked and I closed on this property. When I was ready to sell this property, I again called Eileen. She came to my townhome and made suggestions on needed repairs and how the process would work. My house sold in 13 hours to a pre-qualified buyer for more than the asking price! Everthing was going great until a problem was found with my title. Eileen calmed me and took me through a process which allowed this property to close on time! She's a fabulous agent. Her knowledge of real estate is tremendous.
