I can't praise Eileen enough. She is better than fantastic. She had a lot to deal with when it came to selling my dad's property due to the other party. She was so professional and kind the entire time. She made sure I was completely informed of anything that could, did, or would happen the entire time and remained honest with me. Eileen did not push me once to accept or decline a sale, but gave sound advice and worked through some tricky things. I wouldn't trust anyone else to sell my property or anyone of my family's properties.

When starting my home search I contacted 12 real estate agents. Out of the 12, I interviewed 5. Out of the 5 Eileen was the best agent. Eileen showed no hesitation when answering tough questions. When I asked "what methods will you use to help me find my property" she provided a list of various examples beside the common "I'll put you on the MLS" which was what all the other agents had answered up to that point. Once I submitted the offer for the home me and Eileen ran into multiple road blocks along the way. At one point the transaction almost fell through due to the sale side not wanting to fix problems that the appraiser wanted fixed. To top it off my lender, appraiser, sale side got upset with each other and the transaction stalled delaying the close date. After discussing with Eileen, Eileen brought together the appraiser, sale side and lender for negotiations and got the transaction moving again towards the close. I'm very happy with Eileen's service. No regrets highly recommend!
