Seller reviewWe are repeat clients, and it's always a pleasure to work with Eileen! She is prompt with communication, easy to talk to and handles (probably silly) questions with patience and clarity. She also works hard to understand out family's specific wants and needs to get us in the perfect property.

Seller reviewI have admired Eileen for several years prior to asking her to be our realtor. I had observed her kind and compassionate concern for others and her always pleasant manner. We had lived in our home for 33 years and it was my husband of 53 years who seemed to lack enthusiasm for a potential move. I honestly believe that if Eileen had not taken the reigns, we would not be in our Florida home today. She was a deplomatic mentor and leader setting dates to inspire him to act. Sometimes a wife needs a third party and she knew what to do to keep things moving....literally. The best trait that Eileen lives out is her character as she knows her Pilot and Assistant. Because of Eileen, this has been a positive experience.

She was very conscious of our home needs/wants and worked hard to make sure we found the right home for us inside of our budget. She was very patient as we waited for the right house to come on the market. We will be recommending her to anyone we know that is looking to sell/buy a home in the Des Moines area.
