I would use Eileen again without a second thought. She is so professional and you can see in her work that she has high expectations when working with other realtors and in this case, the builders and list agent. I was amazed at her knowledge, she knew just what to do and told us what we should expect. Eileen also made sure we knew that just because the sale is complete, it doesn't mean that she is done with us. We can call or text her anytime with questions or concerns. I felt completely at ease with Eileen and was able to ask any questions. Being out of state and a little older, I appreciated how patient she was with us. I am so glad Eileen was suggested as an agent, she did not disappoint and made our experience a happy one. I would recommend her to family and friends for sure!

Eileen is very professional, yet cares about her clients, and goes the extra mile to make the real estate purchase experience, like being a part of a family. Iowans are a special breed. And my real estate endeavor was at times stressful, but Eileen had compassion and fortitude to help me along my path of submitting all that was requested by the Loan officers, and also was instrumental in connecting me with the Sellers, at Critical times during the process, i.e. obtaining mail, and positive feedback throughout the entire Home buying journey.
