Eileen Van Kooten - Schmitt did an excellent job on the sale of our home and purchase of our new home. She is very knowledgeable about acreages and provided a lot of insight on what to expect and was helpful throughout the entire process. We decided to build instead of purchasing an existing home which took longer than expected; however she did her best to keep everything moving in a timely manner. Eileen was able to coordinate our closing dates and move in dates so that everything ran smoothly. I would definitely recommend Eileen Van Kooten - Schmitt!

Eileen was great to work with. We fell in love with a For Sale By Owner home. She negotiated fees with the seller on our behalf. She helped us find a thorough home inspector to make sure the home was in good shape and then she dealt with the seller on fixing a couple of things. She really took care of everything! All we had to do was help negotiate the sale price and show up for closing! Eileen made everything EASY!!! We will use her to sell our current home as well because we know that she will look out for us and guide us through the process.
