Seller reviewWe worked with Elaine Bonner previously and she did a great job selling us our house and was very loyal. Who the Broker or company was really didn't matter, we wanted Elaine and a Broker who was willing to accommodate our situation. Elaine helped us with whatever we needed...contractors to fix items, inspectors, etc...she set it all up. When the closing lawyer couldn't accommodate, she fixed it with one phone call. Elaine doesn't take 100 clients at a time but those she does take, she works very hard to make sure everything is right. Very pleased both times...she sold us our house and then sold it for us 5 years later! Would definitely use Elaine again! Elaine even referred me to a realtor in Virginia so I could put my other house on the market. Her referral was awesome and we are closing on second house in 3 weeks! We would definitely use Elaine again!!
