Seller reviewElaine had everything organized so it was easy to understand and if there was anything we didn't understand she made sure we didn't leave with out us knowing the information we needed. She was very nice and always available when needed and always got back to us. Elaine is an amazing relator and made sure everything went smooth and stayed on top of all of it so when we got to closing there was no surprises.

She always provided her professional opinion and highlighted all of our possible options, which allowed my wife and I to make an informed decision on how to proceed. She maintained regular contact through both phone calls and emails for the entire sales process. Unlike the other agency we considered, Elaine listened to our situation, needs and expectations, then made a personal connection based on our initial conversation. She presented a plan to meet our needs and exhibited confidence in her abilities to effectively execute that plan. We chose Elaine over the other company representative based solely on her character as we saw it. Her credentials were great, so were the other representatives credentials, but Elaine truly understood our situation and needs and was able to convey that back to us.
