Seller reviewElaine was amazing as she professionally navigated my brothers and I through the tedious and emotional process of selling our childhood home following the passing of our mother. It was a very sad and tough transition preparing and putting my parents' house of 67 years on the market, and Elaine was always kind and understanding in her day to day dealings with us. Elaine's expansive knowledge of the Totowa real estate market along with her professional as well as caring demeanor, resulted in an extremely satisfying sale price as well. She took great steps to obtain a very fair and reasonable sales contract on the house, and then kept us updated and informed throughout the closing process. We are grateful for having had the opportunity to not only work with Elaine regarding the sale of the house, but also to get to know someone who reminded us of just how close knit and special the people of Totowa Borough, New Jersey are and have always been. She was knowledgable but insightful in providing extremely good counsel to my brother and me. In this regard I always found her highly responsive via phone calls, text messages and e-mail. Given that I work and live in Manhattan (NY City) her communication style allowed us to expedite the sale of our property within 12 weeks from when we put the property onto the market. I highly recommend her.
