Welcome to my site! I'm thrilled you've stopped by C21. As a dedicated realtor in Myrtle Beach, SC, I have the privilege of working in one of the most stunning coastal areas in the world-the Grand Strand. My goal is to help you navigate the real estate market with confidence and ease.
Originally from Cape Town, South Africa, my love for coastal living runs deep. Growing up surrounded by some of the world's most beautiful coastlines, I developed a passion for seaside living that I now share with my clients here in Myrtle Beach. After a fulfilling teaching career and an adventurous move to the U.S., my family and I embraced real estate as a way to make a positive impact while pursuing our shared passion.
My personal journey-from buying and renovating my first home to numerous successful transactions-has given me a firsthand understanding of the joys and challenges in real estate. She was easy to communicate with, provided useful guidance and recommendations with respect to the neighbors and pricing, and most importantly, didn't rush us through things or come across as pushy. As we were out-of-state buyers and not too familiar with the local rules and nuances, Eleanor made it easy for us to navigate the whole process. She was available for virtual tours frequently and on short notice. She communicated well with the seller's agent and helped us put together a meaningful offer. She was by our side all throughout the process and even after that. She is not one of those who will forget you after their work is done. Even after getting the keys, she kept checking back to make sure we had no problems moving in and settling down.

Eleanor continually goes above and beyond – far exceeding our expectations in every area! She is extremely knowledgeable and professional when responding to our questions both during the shopping process and the purchase! (and I am one of those clients who has 100's of questions daily) Eleanors enthusiasm and energy are contagious – her love of all that Myrtle Beach and surrounding areas has to offer is genuine & greatly influenced us when choosing to purchase a home there!
