Given the market is so hot, we most certainly could have gotten into a bidding war, and as the buyer this can be very stressful. Elisa efficiently communicated how serious our offer was and we were able to come in at asking price, saving us tens of thousands of dollars. Elisa's extensive experience in real estate helped us navigate an extremely and stressful closing. The buyers were getting a non amicable divorce, causing us to be shut out often. Elisa and our lawyer were relentless, working day and night to get us to the closing. Elisa is the reason why we were able to close only one week after the original closing date. Elisa has the extensive knowledge, work ethic, and drive to create successful deals. Elisa met most of the potential clients at the home, she coordinated all of the appointments as the tenants were not available. Elisa negotiated with the other realtors and handled all aspects of the transaction. Elisa was always available, she kept us all in the loop and communicated all the information about the buyer and even called the buyer's agent frequently, to keep everyone on track. I couldn't image working with anyone else. She is the best! Elisa keeps it simple and makes the problems go away. She has references for whatever you may need to get through it.
