We were constantly amazed that Elisa always put our needs first and would bring paperwork to us, because we did not have email. She never complained. Elisa was on top of each negotation, and had good advice every step of the way, and her performance was at the highest level. Everyone at the office was helpful and the atmosphere was very friendly, even if Elisa was not immediately available. They made every effort to pass on any questions we had to Elisa. Through the previous transactions and this recent one, Elisa has become more like a family friend. We plan to stay in touch, and certainly sing her praises to anyone needing an agent.
