Seller reviewElisabeth has been working on aggressive sales activity. She has good knowledge for the housing market so we got many advice from her. Actually the English is second language for us also we were confused selling the house in different culture but she always helped us and tried to understand what I want to & what I said. So we were no worried. We were very comfortable with Elisabeth. She was very friendly and always reply to us quickly when I had questions. I think She had a wonderful communication skill. It was very smooth from advertising to closing. We really recommend her to friends. We are very appreciated her strongly working and support. Thanks a lot!!

Buyer reviewElisabeth Lugar was amazing! She far surpassed my expectations of a realtor. She was wonderful to work with, detail-oriented and was there for me to answer questions and discuss any concerns. When working with me, as a first-time homebuyer, she was very proactive in highlighting key aspects of the process and helping to navigate the purchase of my first home. She was always prepared when showing me a potential home with comp's so I had all of the information and could make a fast decision when the time felt right. She gave me plenty of space when showing homes to explore and would offer many valuable insights based on her expertise. Her negotiation skills were excellent for both the offer and inspection phases of the purchase as her judgment was spot on. She also has a wide network of names of lenders, inspectors, contractors and insurance brokers who are all wonderful and extremely professional. I couldn't imagine buying my first house without her help. Furthermore, Elisabeth personally took care of me every step of the way. She truly cared for my comfort, security and advocated for me throughout the entire process. I have already recommended her to multiple others as she was truly fantastic, professional and 100% had my back. Elisabeth was flat-out impressive and I would recommend that anyone looking for a home contact her ASAP.
