Buyer reviewElizabeth was very supportive throughout the process and especially helpful when we were dealing with our indifferent mortgage provider. Very professional demeanor and very courteous. We have purchased eight homes over the last twenty years and Elizabeth provided one of the best sales experiences we have had in that time.

Buyer reviewWe found a property online that we were interested in and sent a message to the realtor (Elisabeth Lugar) through that third party site. She called us back not even 2 hours later and was very willing and prepared to accommodate our schedule to show us the house. Her courtesy, professionalism, excellent and prompt communication, and flexibility kept us working with her even though we did not end up placing an offer on that first property. We originally tried to secure our loan through Chase Bank. It was a NIGHTMARE. But through it all, Elisabeth was there for us, sending emails and making phone calls, going up the chain of management to advocate on our behalf and try to get us the service we expected and deserved from Chase. In the end, the loan with Chase fell through due to poor communication on the part of Chase employees, but even then Elisabeth did not drop us or turn away. She immediately got to work helping us find new properties we might be interested in and getting us in touch with Hallmark Mortgage Loans, which we used to secure our current home and which was an incredibly much smoother process than our previous attempt with Chase. Elisabeth goes WAY above and beyond as a real estate agent to advocate on behalf of her clients and ensure that their home-buying experience is as exciting and smooth as possible. I would be shocked to find a better, more dedicated real estate agent anywhere. Elisabeth is absolutely SUPERB and we were so blessed to have her walking beside us on this journey to purchase our very first home. In the future if and when we decide to purchase a new home, you can be sure we will be working with Elisabeth again.

Seller reviewIt was very important to select someone with years of experience and someone who was driven. Elisabeth had those qualities. Elisabeth left no stones unturned when it came to the sell of home. She assessed, reevaluated and seek expert advise from others to get it sold. Elisabeth kept us encouraged and she remain faithful. We are sincerely grateful and thankful to have worked with her. When Elisabeth wasn't able to host open houses, she solicited help from her team and they were all professional and respectful as her. Overall experience in selling a home is quite a feat, but having Elisabeth as our realtor helped tremendously. I don't think no other realtor would have given us this much attention, focus, and care as Elisabeth. We would love to have her represent us as buyers. She has become a friend and a valuable resource to our household.
