Seller reviewLiz did the work of two brokers. She had to constantly "guide" our buyers broker as to what to do. (That is For the two "sales" of our house). She was always available to take our calls and assist whenever needed. She went above and beyond to help us. I would recommend Liz to anyone that needs to either sell or buy a house.

Buyer reviewLiz came highly recommend by my daughter and son in law. She helped them immensely and still is assisting them in the short sale of their 'Sandy' house. She was with us all the way on the sale of our house, which was not an easy thing. She actually did the work of two brokers. The buyers broker was a little relaxed when info and things were needed. She would take the bull by the horns and get things done and get answers for us. She went out of her way to help us. I would recommend Liz to anyone who needs to buy or sell a house because she will go above and beyond to help with whatever needs to be done.
