Buying and selling a house is usually stressful under the best of circumstances but its especially stressful when you have to remodel your house due to water damage from the 2021 freeze. Liz Montoya not only was there for us from beginning to end of the selling and buying experience, she also went above and beyond helping us get our house ready to sell and making sure that everything was fixed a certain way to make sure we didnt have any issues with the inspection and we could aslo get the most money for the house we were selling. When our first buyer fell through, Liz was there with reassuring words to keep our panic down and was confident that we were not only going to sell our house fast, but for more than our asking price. Once the house was sold, she was instrumental in making sure that we had all of our I's dotted and Ts crossed to keep any issues down to a minimum. She listened to both my husband and myself when it came to what type of house we wanted and where and put together a list of places that might interest us, not places that would make her the most commission. When we did decided to place the bid on our new house, Liz walked through all the options with us to make sure that we placed the best bid to get the property as well as the best bid for us personally. She was also instrumental in making sure that items of the inspection report were corrected before we finished closing on the new house and even reached out to the sellers realtor to get information for us about some appliances even after the new house had been closed on and she didnt have to help us. Honestly, if it wasnt for Liz, we would probably be still trying to sell our old house and not being moving into our new home. We cannot thank her enough for her help and expertise on getting us through this milestone. If we ever have to sell and buy a new house again, there is no doubt that we will be using Liz Montoya as our realtor; we cannot recommend her enough.
