Buyer reviewLiz did an outstanding job helping through this complicated process. I originally was under contract to build a home and even though is was a new build, they were there with me to the last days. Since I couldn't secure financing in time, KB cancelled my contract 5 days before I was supposed to close. Then I had only one week to find another home since I had only a month to be out of my rental. This 2nd deal was about to fall apart due to financing delays, but Liz contacted the other agent (sellers) and we worked out a solution so I could move in as scheduled and my deal was still in place for a later closing date. She was there at closing with me two months later. I COULD NOT have gotten through all this without her!!!! This was a very complicated process and took three tries to secure financing! An emotional rollercoaster and Liz helped me through it all! Liz was all of these things and more (polite, professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, etc), . I don't think I will buy another house in my lifetime, but if I do, I will be using Liz and Century 21 again! My overall home-buying experience was a bit of a nightmare (due to outside factors), BUT the actual sales process (offer, contract, inspection, amendments, closing, etc) was as smooth as it could be, especially given my circumstances (being a first time homebuyer, needing a bond for down payment, and getting my credit where it needed to be). Through all the ups and downs, Liz and Elsa were with me the entire way. I COULD NOT have come out on the winning end without them!!! I am not a property virgin anymore and thanks to their advice and guidance, I have so much more knowledge regarding this whole process!!! I recommend Liz Montoya and Century 21 Burroughs to anyone needing a realtor. They will take excellent care of you!!

When I first spoke with Liz, I explained that I had recently stopped working with another realtor who had not been very responsive. During that call Liz guaranteed me that responsiveness (or lack there of) would never be an issue with her and it never was! Even though I called her on a Friday afternoon, she still fit me in the very next morning and within 24 hours of contacting her we were out looking for houses. Liz is very professional and easy to work with and was always a phone call away and very willing to answer all of my questions. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a highly qualified realtor to buy their next home.
