For me, Betsy was the "magic ingredient" in this important investment experience. She came highly recommended by trusted friends who worked with her on purchasing their home. Betsy was presenting an open house in my neighborhood. I went to the open house and was greeted by Betsy. She was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly.
