Following a request for information on a property on realtor.com and / or zillow.com, Liz and several other realtors reached out to me to gauge interest and see if there was anything she / they could do to help. I was active duty Army at the time and stationed overseas in Korea so after much deliberation, my wife and I decided to rent for a year when I got home and postpone home ownership until we got more settled. Liz immediately came back into mind when we started searching for a house following the brief hiatus because she was the only realtor who really respected our requests of communication given our timeline and preferences when I was overseas and was willing to work with us at our pace. Other realtors seemed very pushy in comparison. Liz really impressed me with her ability and willingness to meet us where we were and never moved us in a direction that we weren't ready to go. She is a great listener and truly took time to learn our interests and become our advocate in a very competitive market. After our first meeting face to face, her disarming charm, sense of humor, and eager willingness to listen to our goals as a family reassured me of her sincere and genuine desire to help us along the journey towards home ownership. Liz took initiative above and beyond our expectations to make our home purchase possible. Even our loan representative at the bank stated that whenever she needed something done, she knew she could count on Liz to get it done and get it done right, the first time. Liz was the glue that held all of the processes together and her work and diligence were the reason that we were able to close on time. Liz' ability to read and relate to people is par none. We truly had a marvelous time at each and every showing, getting to know her and her family, as well as sharing with her about our own. She made the experience from start to finish very relaxing and she brought a ray of sunshine and warmth into a very stressful process. We were thankful to be able to laugh with her through a lot of the experience. The more houses we viewed, oftentimes the more we changed our minds concerning what we would prefer, and she was ok with that. She just rolled through the changes with us and was genuinely happy for us when we got to the finish line. #sheisawesome Liz started off as our realtor and our home buying coach, but she ended up our friend along the way, and we are truly grateful to have had her guide us through the process. I could not have found a better realtor, we were very blessed to have had you Liz!

Liz Thompson was amazing from minute one until the end, she was accommodating and thorough through every aspect of the buying process. I can express how amazing she was at being helpful and understanding throughout everything. Her positive attitude made the process no stress and she was understanding in every situation. Her professionalism was on point. I would highly recommend Liz anytime of the day for her amazing abilities to assist navigating the housing market. She was absolutely wonderful!

Liz kept in touch with us over a couple years as we narrowed in on our plan. She was considerate and checked in at just the right times, and just often enough so we knew she was still thinking of us and our circumstances. I cannot say enough good things about Liz's high level of competency, professionalism, and effectiveness. We felt 100% comfortable, safe, and cared for throughout this process and we credit it all to Liz. I recommend her to all my family and friends without any hesitation what so ever.
