Seller reviewLiz always followed up on everything and maintained excellent communication throughout the sales process. She was always very pleasant and punctual and has a great personality. She expertly handled getting the necessary documents needing to be signed, and the setting up for all the house viewings as well as inspections, the appraisal, and contract work needed to satisfy the lender. Buyer reviewIf you are looking for an agent that is on top of it, I would highly recommend Liz Thompson. My husband and I were relocating to Wisconsin from Tennessee. We had a short window to find a home. We were in a new home within 30 days of looking at homes. I have purchased several homes in the past and I would say this was the easiest transaction ever made. While she is busy, she will make sure that she keeps an open communication with you and goes the extra mile for you. In this market with homes selling fast you need to count on a realtor to step it up and work hard for you. Thanks Liz you did a remarkable job, and even though we only have been in our new home for a week and I still have many boxes to go through we are loving it.

One thing I really appreciated about Liz was her ability to meet me where I was at and help me find a home which was in my price range and met my needs even when I wasn't sure what I was looking for.
