Seller reviewEllen Allen is highly trained professional real estate broker who you can trust, she researched comps, was thoroughly prepared, managed our condo in our absence to ensure that water wasn't running, lights were turned off and was able to maintain who was viewing our condo. We had heard of other brokers who left the ceiling fans going and forgetting to shut sliding glass doors. We had no fear while Ellen was incharge.

We discussed pricing and after 3 offers she got an offer for listing price in 3 days. Closed in a month. This was an inherited apt and not living in Florida I wanted a quick sale without giving apt away Very pleased.
