Buyer reviewI felt Ellen was very knowledgeable about all of the paperwork and that she had our best interests in mind throughout the whole process. Her competency was a relief because I felt that I could trust she had read everything and was advocating for us so I didn't have to get burdened by the paperwork. Ellen was fun to be around and she always got back to me in a timely manner-I really enjoyed working with her. Ellen's associate, Dan, covered for Ellen while she was on vacation and he was extremely helpful. There was an issue with the toilet running and the seller refused to have it fixed, Dan saw that it was an inexpensive, easy fix (my husband and I are not handy at all) and so he bought the part and fixed it for us free of charge. Between Ellen and her associate Dan I could not have asked for a better home buying experience!
