This property was very special to me and I wanted to work with someone that was patient and able to put my mind at ease. Ellen did that perfectly. She was always available and answered any question I had right away. I felt comfortable approaching her and trusted her knowledge. I thought selling my house would be emotional and difficult to deal with, but I fully believe listing with Ellen is the only reason it wasn't. This was my first home and now I'm just as happy to remember the process of selling it as I am to remember the day I bought it.

Ellen Harris literally works day & night to take care of all my real estate issues. She has taken care of my real estate needs in both the buyer & the seller capacity. She continues to do so to this day. I am completely satisfied & as a result I would never want to deal with anyone else...which sometimes must annoy her to a marginal degree :-) In all honesty, Ellen Harris presented me with numerous sales contracts that I rejected very early on. I therefore could have sold this property much earlier than the final closing date had I cooperated with her more effectively. She is excellent at her job. Its too bad that she sometimes suffers from challenging clients such as myself :-) Ellen Harris has an open door policy that extends to her email & cell phone. I was able to obtain her professional counsel morning, day or night, weekday or weekend. She is an amazing communicator who utilizes the most modern of technology to serve her clients & close deals. Ellen Harris runs a tight ship. All the staff I interact with exhibits a high degree of professionalism while at the same time exuding a warm, inviting sense of reception & welcome, all of which makes office interaction at Century 21 American Way Realty a very comforting experience. There is no doubt that I would continue to seek realty counsel from Ellen Harris & her office again...because I in fact presently continue to rely upon Ellen for my present & future real estate needs...any alternative is simply unthinkable.
