Seller reviewEllen had sold this house to my brother, he was friends with Ellen. When he passed away, we turned to Ellen to sell his house. It was a difficult time for all of us as we worked though the sale of his house only days after his passing. From his time of death to closing was exactly 2 weeks. We couldn't have asked for a better outcome. We had the proceeds of the sale the next morning at 9am. We live in Indiana and she made it very easy for us to sign our closing papers and sent them back. Easiest house sale I've ever been a part of.
