Dealing with Enrique was great and able to help me and my family sell and take out of this hard situation. We had difficulty having the renters leave the property but Enrique was professional and knew the laws to be able to get everything settled prior to selling the house to new owners. Enrique is a very knowledgeable agent, he provided us with amazing customer service . He always called us with any questions or concerns, never did he take it upon himself to make a dicision for me or my family, he even just called to check in with us and make sure we didn't have any questions. Surely we will recommend him to our friends and family. As soon as we are ready to purchas our second home be at rest we will be calling him back. I can not forget to mention Maggie, his assistant, the first time I meet her she made me feel comfortable and did a great job at explaining all the loan documents before signing, and she was able to answer any questions I had. She made me feel like we were family and not just another client. My overall experience with Enriqu and Maggie was "one of a kind". Thank you both !!!!!!!!
