He was very patient with us in understanding how picky we were on what we wanted. He is a very intuitive listener and doesn't give off that pushy salesman vibe. Seller reviewThe only bad thing is that we will never have the pleasure of working with Eric again since we moved out of state. But we refer Eric every change we get. Eric helped us buy the home we sold, he kept us in the loop at all times, was very informative and helpful Our house sold extremely quickly! We moved to NC in the process of it being sold, and he went to closing on our behalf and handled everything.

A new water line, bad green shag carpeting, a small electrical fire, multiple failed deals, and COVID 19 never stopped Eric from getting the house sold and at top dollar! Eric was instrumental in navigating through the never ending litany of things that could go wrong and did go wrong. He found the necessary people and managed the process for me while I was 5 states removed. Eric did an awesome job for our family and we are happy to recommend him.
