Seller reviewWe live out of state so dealing with selling our house was going to be rough. Eric, however, made it very simple. He communicated via email on everything that was happening and when we needed to talk to him over the phone he was always available. We listed and sold our house in 3 days! We had to do a few negotiations and they went smoothly as well. I would highly recommend Eric, especially if you're out of state from the house being sold.
