My coworker Matt Dallosta referred me to Eric Hatch as he had done business with Eric in the past. Matt mentioned that Eric was very knowledgeable and straight forward and if had to work with someone again he would do so with Eric. It was based on his recommendation that I decided to reach out to him to be my realtor. Eric Hatch is a great Realtor and it was great working with him. We enjoy that he stays in contact with all his clients and look forward to his emails inviting us to events and things he had setup for us. He has awesome customer service before during and after the sale. His assistant Courtney was also very helpful in relaying information between everyone and setting up appointments. I would recommend Eric to anyone who is looking to purchase a home in the Auburn and surrounding areas as he knew was very knowledgeable, professional and respectful. Eric is a local in the area we were interested in, we looked at several of his listings before we contacted him. He answered my phone call right away and set up a date to meet and look at a lot of properties. Got us access to a dozen or so houses in one day and stuck with us all day. Excellent Service. Eric is very knowledgeable about the Auburn area, and very courteous. He wasn't stuck on pricing our home for the price he thought it would sell at, but agreed to what we wanted to sell it for. He was proactive in bringing the right buyer to our house before it went on the market so it sold right away without the hassle of listing it. After the house went into contract he kept us on track with the inspections & with the signing of the documents when escrow closed. He is a great real estate agent. I highly recommend Eric for any of your real estate needs, either selling or buying. He cares about the customer.
