Seller reviewThe moment Eric walked into our home to discuss the sale, he had a vision and a plan that helped us focus on what was important and necessary to have a successful sale. We had a solid marketing strategy and an appropriate starting price. We were impressed with how astutely Eric was monitoring the market and making recommendations on how to move forward. There were times we felt like we were his only clients! While we knew Eric felt strongly about his suggestions concerning price reduction and other marketing strategies, we also had the confidence that the decision(s) rested solely with us, and we appreciate his willingness to give us space to make decisions. He truly had our best interests at heart and always advocated on our behalf, ultimately talking our buyer into a significant increase from their original asking price. Overall, it was a great experience working with Eric as our seller's agent.

Buyer reviewFor the purchase of our new build, Eric was heavily involved from the beginning. He took the time to read and advise us on the sales contract, and helped us with follow-up calls to the sales agents when necessary. While this process is relatively "easy" for the buyer, Eric was physically present at every important meeting and did not hesitate to engage the builder with questions and/or concerns we may not have considered. Overall, having Eric represent us with the new build was a great experience!
