Seller reviewThe home that Eric helped us sale was a very difficult sale the mortgage was in forbearance and also had two different liens on it other realtors had said they wouldn't be able to sell the home outright it would have to be a short sale Eric Was able to sell the home and us break even he was extremely optimistic and a lot of times kept our spirits up when things didn't look good if he didn't have an answer for a question he would find out and get back to us immediately a pleasure to work with

He was engaged and responsive, and he kept in close touch with us from our first conversation to the day he met us for our closing. We were buying from a distance, and Eric made time to conduct video tours for us over Zoom since we couldn't visit homes in person. He also provided suggestions for a lender and helped to make sure our paperwork was in order well in advance of our closing date. With Eric's guidance we were lucky enough to have our first offer accepted in a very competitive market.
