Moving is a very stressful time for any buyer or seller. My number one goal is to make the buying or selling process as stress free as possible for all of my clients. When moving from afar you need someone you can count on, I know I can be that person! Providing my clients with the best possible customer service is my number one goal. Using my knowledge of current market trends gives my clients a great advantage. Technology is a major aspect of buying and selling real estate in today's day and age. I keep up to date on all of the new and upcoming technology. This allows my clients to sell/buy homes quicker than your average real estate agent. Working alongside my clients from the day you start your search to long after you close. Honesty, integrity, and dedication have led to a successful real estate career.

Hearing that from serveral different people makes the selection to use Eric as a realtor a no brainer. Eric was always available and willing to help anytime of day no matter what. Several times Eric would set up a showing last minute and change his schedule to be able to fit into mine. Seller reviewEric was very thorough From the beginning of the process selling our house to the end of it. He was very specific on what we needed to do in order to prepare our house to sell. He had a set goals and would follow up with us to make sure that the girls were completed.
