When moving from afar you need someone you can count on, I know I can be that person! Providing my clients with the best possible customer service is my number one goal. Using my knowledge of current market trends gives my clients a great advantage. Technology is a major aspect of buying and selling real estate in today's day and age. I keep up to date on all of the new and upcoming technology. This allows my clients to sell/buy homes quicker than your average real estate agent. Working alongside my clients from the day you start your search to long after you close. Honesty, integrity, and dedication have led to a successful real estate career.

Seller reviewMy property sale at 9617 Zinnia dr was complex as I live out of state and the property needed considerable work to prepare for showings. Many things went wrong during the sale outside Eric's control including difficulties hiring contractors for yard work, carpeting and basement waterproofing but Eric, like the Fonz, always kept his cool and was my rock during a stressful process. He truly conveys a caring nature and quickly earned my trust which is critical for any significant business relationship. I highly recommend Eric Pritz as one of the top realtors in the Rockford area and am extremely appreciative of his professionalism and service.
