Seller reviewEric reached out to me when he had heard from my daughter whom she knew from high school that I was looking to sell my home. It was a cold call but I felt very comfortable speaking with him even though I had another agent in mind whom I knew living in Carmel. He convinced me after about a 20 minute call that I would give him the listing. I needed 3 weeks to get my house ready and he was very patient during that time. Once the home was listed he made sure it was also on Social Media. The photography was professional and I was very pleased. he physically helped get my home staged and was on contact with me after all showings and suggested some revisions. After only two weeks the home sold! I was happy with the outcome of the offer and everything seemed to flow smoothly. He made my life easy during that time and he was very involved.
