Buyer reviewErica Gore was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and transparent throughout this process. She was always available and easy to reach, and always put us at ease. She advocated for us consistently throughout, and even after the formal passing of papers. We could count on her for her honesty and good humor. I am extremely confident in saying that we would not have been able to execute on the property we ultimately purchased (and love) without her. As a first time home buyer in an incredibly stressful market, I highly recommend working with Erica.

Seller reviewI chose her because of a recommendation that she was a reputable broker Erica went above & beyond in finding me a new place to live She did this in every aspect of the sale of property & finding me a new home She was diligent in getting buyers in & worked extremely hard to get the deal done She get my highest praise She's a rockstar!! It was my first experience selling a property & finding a new home & I would recommend her highly to anyone selling their property She never stopped working to get the deal done in a timely manner My overall experience was stressful at times but it was basically because of the poor market for availability of an apartment that I could afford She found me a lovely new home with everything I needed especially a laundry since I have no car She was diligent & such a pleasure to deal with

Her savvy, skill and utmost integrity, all of which we had previously benefited from, made her the only possible choice. Erica led me through the process of buying a condo for the first time. I thought I had nothing left to learn as a buyer, but I was so wrong! And while she taught me a great deal and protected my interests at every turn, she did so with the utmost grace and inclusion. Erica made it as easy and straightforward as it could possibly be. She ironed out bumps in the road before they got to me, and appropriately shared my excitement all through the process. She is simply the real deal. Our friendship underlies my deep prejudice, but she really is all that!

Buyer reviewErica Gore was a fantastic agent. With our purchase, the sale had presented many obstacles and Erica was always on top of it, looking out for our best interest. Erica Gore was available morning, noon, night, and even on her vacation to answer every call and calm every anxiety I had. Never once did she seem bothered by my numerous phone calls. She answered as though she expected the call and in almost every case, already had my answer. I would highly recommend Erica Gore to anyone looking to purchase a home. She was someone who truly works for you and not her bottom line. If I could give her 100 stars I would. She was the prettiest flower in the garden by far!

Seller reviewErica Gore got our house on the market rapidly and sold it in one day. Her suggested listing price was spot on, though I was skeptical of it at first, thinking that the price point was too high. Erica was absolutely right! Erica organized photography, marketing, and appointments to view our house - all with lightning speed. We appreciated her decision to show the house only via appointments for pre-approved buyers. The house sold immediately. Erica continued her fine work through smoke alarm inspection and closing. At length, she gave US a bottle of champagne and a painting of our home in Winthrop. By rights, the gift-giving should have been the other way around! Our entire experience of working with Erica Gore was the best possible gift!

Buyer reviewIf I had to buy another home I would 100% want Erica as my realtor. She was so nice and friendly and super knowledgeable about the area, she even have me a tour of Winthrop and had recommendations for local establishments. There were some issues with the contract but Erica handled everything and was sending me daily updates to keep me informed. She was so wonderful to work with and I only have positive things to say!
