Seller reviewEric was very personable, professional and had the interest of getting us a sale in a timely manner. I had talked to Mark Whitney and he suggested that Eric would be a good agent to represent us. In addition Eric was always very responsive to any questions we had and assisted us in getting some extra laborers to empty out the home. In addition, the real estate market was not the best at the time we put it on the market but Eric kept pushing the property and it sold in a very good time. Eric always replied very quickly to every call we made to him and guided us though the pricing of the property. He is a very honorable person and certainly gained our utmost respect. We would recommend him highly to anyone who needs a real estate person! Eric worked very closely with the buyers agent to make sure they gave our property the utmost consideration. Everyone from Mark Whitney to Eric Hanson and the person at the front desk of Century 21 that we worked with were very responsive, helpful and polite. If we had to sell another home in Kirksville we certainly would ask Eric Hanson to represent us.
