Seller reviewErika was in touch at all times, and available for any an all questions. She made us feel that no question was stupid and had answers for us quickly. She was above board in helping us understand the process and made us feel comfortable taking the many steps to selling a home. We were so impressed with Erika that we asked her to sell two other properties we own.

Buyer reviewWe are out of state buyers and had contacted 2 other local agents that we were dissatisfied with. After meeting Erika at one of her listings it was clear that we needed her on our side. Erika went above and beyond for us from the time we met. Being that we reside in Florida, she worked around our schedules and made time for us, even if it was after hours or weekends The story behind our purchase is that Erika raced from a closing to meet us to show a list of properties. Mid-stream our plans changed and we decided to make an offer on our lot. Erika immediately adapted to the change of plans and met us (again after hours) to devise an offer and submission of the necessary paperwork to the sellers agent. Were it not for Erika's expeditious actions on our behalf we would have missed out on the ideal homesite, as there were 2 other parties interested in the same lot. On that note, the listing agent even applauded her for her rapid execution of our offer. Erika's patience with us in regard to NC real estate laws/procedures, her overall knowledge, her kind and caring nature, and her ability to execute the sale make her #1 in our book! Buyer reviewOur initial contact with Erika Bradley was over the phone, as we we're moving into North Carolina. She took the time to listen to our what's and wishes were. She went above and beyond, sending us listings to view and narrowed the search down even further as she came to understand what we were looking at/for. When we traveled to North Carolina to see the homes we lined up, she again went above and beyond any experience I've ever had with prior agent's. We spent an entire week and serveral hours a day as we searched for our dream home. Finally finding our new home, she worked tirelessly, keeping us constantly in the loop and helped with recommending top notch inspectors (Home, Well and Pest) which made us feel very comfortable as we we're now again out of state. Erika Bradley was great, better than great. She cares about her clients as if they were her family.
