Erin went above and beyond when it came to listing and selling our house. With her astute real estate knowledge and experience, she listed our house with back to back nonstop showings the first two days on the market...and selling essentially after day 1! She understood our needs of having young kids and infants...and making sure that the house not only sold quickly, but that it was maintained safe throughout the process. I highly recommend Erin to anyone who is considering selling their house or buying a new property. Hands down, she is the best of the best.

Erin O'Connor Mancino was recommended to me by my Dad after he had worked with her multiple times; after the very first showing, I selected Erin as my Realtor as she immediately impressed me with not only her knowledge and thoroughness, but also her friendly and lighthearted nature. Erin took me to numerous walk throughs both on my request and her recommendation, always listening to my feedback and concerns and never making me feel pressured. She made every effort to always quickly support any requests to see any properties, and actively searched and notified me for properties that fit my criteria. Erin helped me buy a home as well as sell my own home during the very tough market conditions of 2020. Despite the difficulties of the market at the time, she always kept a positive attitude and never stopped trying to find the perfect home for me.
