My aunt and mortgage broker referred us to Erin O'Connor Mancino at The Century 21 office here in Southington. She was highly recommended as someone who knows the area and is great with first time home buyers. I consider us very lucky to have found Erin! She was amazing throughout our entire search especially during closing and helping us reach our terms during a pandemic! She was wonderful and level headed throughout the entire process and kept our needs and requests a priority. Safety was also a priority with Erin as she maintained CDC guidelines throughout the closing process. We love Erin and could not thank her enough for helping us find our forever home!
