Erin sold our house a year and a half ago. It sold in 8 days. So, it was a no brainer that when we were ready to sell our condo Erin would be the one we would call. It sold in 3 days. We had moved to N.C., and Erin took care of everything. Her professionalism and knowledge was greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend her.

Erin Mancino went above and beyond from the day I called her. I was in a tough spot and needed this sale to happen ASAP. I believe she had 30 showings set up for the first week. I'm a travel nurse, so finding someone I could trust and was able to work with me from out of state was key! Everything was absolutely seamless. She was also able to recommend a real estate attorney, who's office was also extremely helpful and accommodating. I had only purchased a home before, so was very "out of my element" with the whole process. Erin is very knowledgeable and I knew exactly what to expect moving through the process. I can't thank her enough!

Erin was fast, reliable and very considerate throughout the entire buying process. She ensured the whole process went as smoothly as possible. She was very patient with us as we saw many properties that fell through for one reason or another at no fault of Erin. Some of the properties were not the right fit and she did not hesitate to advise us so we could avoid making the wrong decision. Erin worked hard to get us everything we were looking for in a home! She helped us get our house in our price range and made sure everything that needed to be done was done before closing! She was always available to answer my many hundreds of questions no matter what time of day or night!
